  January and February Blog The Role of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit came with the word of warning to the people, why do they have to disobey the Lord’s commands. The Spirit sent an important message to the people and base upon that, he tells them what God has planned to do with such people. He said “You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the Lord, he has forsaken you.” This was a sad news to the people who received it but yet still they didn’t listen to what the Spirit o God was saying. At the end the message that was brought by the Spirit of God, came to past, everything happened as it was told. In the book of Acts chapter 10, the Holy Spirit came with the message of the future, what is going to happen. The Holy Spirit came upon everyone who heard the good news of Christ Jesus. The Spirit always tell us what the future will look like and he encourages us to be still and calm in times of hardship. The Spirit is indeed our helper, counselor and instructor. Without

“All of us have become like one who is unclean and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrive up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.” Isaiah 64:6. The “us” here indicate that, everyone in this world, whether you’re a Christian or not. To God, we all mean one to Him, he cares for everyone and he forgives everyone who sin against Him. Because I’m a sinner and I constantly need God’s forgiveness. Without asking forgiveness, it makes me thing I’m proud of myself. But as human we are, we cannot think for ourselves, we need the guidance of a Supreme being, which is God in our lives. For we cannot do anything on our own, we totally need God’s dependence. In my spiritual formation, I totally need God in my daily life activities. For I know, I’m nobody when am on my own, but I become somebody when I’m with God Almighty. He takes control of everything within myself and he becomes the pilot, piloting my heart, mind and soul. All I want from God, is to l

God is love and His love reigns among us, in happy or sad moments. For His love endure forevermore. Perfection come to place, when we began to show the love God in our lives. God’s love become reality in our daily actions of life.  Therefore, it is said in 1 John 3:16 that “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. (NIV)  Perfection is putting our actions and truth of God’s love into practicality. Our daily actions are very important in our life, whom we deal with and what we negotiate among people must be in truth with love of God. The speech we make to our neighbors must be in true love. We don’t say to our brother or sister that God loves you and everything

In the book of Psalm 7:10, which says “My shield is God Most High, who saves the upright in heart.” (NIV). God knows our hearts, thought and our strength. The Most High God, allow everything in our life to happen, so that He will let good things come in our life. Judging one life is done by a special person who knows everything about you. The only person cannot be merely human being, it has to be a supernatural being, which is God Almighty. He knows our hearts more than anyone; therefore, it is better for him to be allow to judge our actions in life. Because He knows our strength and capacity to adjust things when He is judging us. In my whole life, I ask myself that if I can make all things work for me in a positive way. Which is not possible and everything cannot go through for me in a such a good way. I need someone to judge my actions, correct my mistake and lead me to the straight of goodness. I had one experience in my life, where I allow God to be the judge in that tight

The prayers of Jesus was some time by himself and others with his disciples. He mostly isolate himself and pray alone during in the morning. Through out the seminary i start to think about why Jesus has to separate himself from the disciples and pray all alone. This thought went for a while in my mind, on how to pray alone not in my room but somewhere else, it could be on near by place like a park, playing ground or any place which is convenience for me to pray. Therefore, i started to plan towards that, style of Jesus praying. It took me a while to get place to pray because there no free place to isolate myself for praying. This made me to try it in my room, having a place in my room to serve as my praying room. Within a moment of time and days, i was able to start praying from the morning and this was good for me to have time with God. But as time goes on, it began to change, since i was always busy to have such time to pray. This made me to try to get a place in my working area at

March post Wounds are meant to happen so that it can heal and leaving a scar to remember. Through healing we get to know our mistake and learn from that. But from the book of Isaiah chapter 53, illustrated that, some wounds are inevitably meant to happen in order to save life. When life are save, it gives a reason to live again and to change your life in good way, someone will say another second chance. Wounds that hurt others are mostly meant to happen in our daily life but we get to forgive and forget about those wounds. Love is faster that bullet  and forgiveness is faster than hurt.  Therefore, we should remember that, when we're not wounded, we can't learn to survive in this life. My best friend got wounded by his ex-wife, by divorcing him. He got hurt through that and he really learn a lesson from that, through his bad behavior. Through that, he also got heal by accepting to change from his previous life style. Jesus came to pay the doubt we own. He didn't own th
