How is perfection connected to our relationship with God the Father in the light of the Bible? How are childlike faith and perfection related in your own life?
God is love and His
love reigns among us, in happy or sad moments. For His love endure forevermore.
Perfection come to place, when we began to show the love God in our lives. God’s
love become reality in our daily actions of life.
Therefore, it is said in 1
John 3:16 that “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his
life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has
no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let
us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. (NIV)
Perfection is putting our actions and truth of God’s love into practicality.
Our daily actions are very important in our life, whom we deal with and what we
negotiate among people must be in truth with love of God. The speech we make to
our neighbors must be in true love. We don’t say to our brother or sister that
God loves you and everything will be fine, whiles you have all material
possessions to help that person who is in need. We only thing about ourselves
and our family, forgetting about others.
We can only become perfect when we consider
others first and ourselves last, when it comes to helping someone. Jesus considered
himself as the last thing in everything and put his life on the edge of death for
everyone. Such a great sacrifice always comes with a price of glory from our heavenly
Father.
Furthermore, perfection
also come with giving from your heart to save someone.
For God gave His only
Son, Jesus to save us. When given to someone take place, it generates the love
of God. For God was the first to show us love and he taught us how to
love. Our perfection must be fully practice
in our daily lives and to bring the love of God in our hearts. Whiles we show the
love of God to people, God also bless our families and ourselves.
A child-like faith
comes, having faith for ourselves and family only neglecting other. We only
think about ourselves in everything, this make life become perfect for him and
his family only. That is not perfection, it is a child thinking.
A child thinks
that, her mom, must feed him only, without sharing his or her food with anyone.
Because, the child thinks that, what his Father has, only belong to him alone.
But our Father love everyone and He provide for everyone he loves.
For our God
is a such a loving father. His perfection cut across every family in the whole
wide world, it is not partiality and it does not favorite anyone.
God bless you.
This post is better than the one for Dec. Also aside from proclamation try to bring examples from everyday life.
